How do you remove the driver plastic seat trim?

just wondering how you remove the plastic seat trim on the driver side 2002 sport trac.
Also does anyone have a part number for a new one ? Thanks

Reason I ask is because there is a plastic clip in the middle that’s broken. Not sure if I should bother fixing it or just leave it. Doesn’t seem to loose ?

A couple of screws. To get to them, you have to remove the seat, and flip it upside down. They are on the backside of it.

That’s kinda what I thought looking at it.
I think I’ll just leave it for now. Just the plastic clip in the middle in front of the recliner handle looks to be broken. Don’t think it’s rattling or anything. Probably been broken for a long time.
