Does anyone know how many heat shield "band straps" there should be, on the factory Catalytic Converters for a 2005 Ford Explorer 4.0L V-6? I was under the truck yesterday and noticed only " 1 " band strap clamped around each of the 2 cat converters. There appears to be grooves in the heat shields for more band straps to be in place and I just wanted to know if I was missing any of them or is one all that the cats came with from the factory? Thanks for any info!
