The amount of lift depends on how much lift was designed into the cut and turn and compensated for with the ball joint relocation on the end.
Most of the time a cut and turn is for 4" or 5.5-6" since those are commonly available lift spring sizes.
A 2" cut and turn lift would be pretty nice for a small lift but most people probably wouldn't do it, since you can get about 1.5-2" of lift stuffing spacers under the stock springs or using 2" lift springs and just getting an alignment to compensate, even though you lose that 2" of downward travel in the process.
