How to disable keyless entry

I have problems with the previous owners of my 2000 xlt and tonight I got in and all the things inside my truck had been moved around and rearranged. I know you can't change the factory door code but how can you disable the keyless entry system all together? thanks

just "disconnect" the two wires going from the rap module to the lock/unlock relays.

I am not sure about your 2000, but on my 96 you can put in your own specific code, and at the same time it erases the old code. You cannot however, erase the factory code.

Might be worth going to a JY and getting a different RAP module - that will change the factory code, and previous remotes won't work unless/until they are synched to the new module.
