How to get dash off...Gauges

I am trying to figure out how to get my gauge cluster out. I have yet to even attempt, but I just want to go ahead and know what I'm going to be needing to do. Also, I have the reverse glow gauges and I was wondering how to change the light bulbs on the dash for the needles to another color, because the gauges are like blue and green and then when I turn on the lights the needles glow up orange and it looks horrible. Any help would be nice. I wanna make the bulbs blue so my needles will be blue. Thanks

Yeah, as soon as I put up this post I realized that I could of used the search. Sorry about that. But any help about how to change the needle color is still needed, extremely bad. Thanks
