how to grease moog ball joints?

hey! after taking alot of advice from everyone on here, i bought moog ball joints all around. i just dont know the best way to grease them. there is a valve lookin thing at the top and looks like the end of a ball point pen... now do i get my greese gun and shoot it in there or what?

sooo how do you know when you have enough in there? so you dont over pack them...

Just squeeze the lever three or four times, you dont need much in there.

alright thanks! this is one more thing i can do to keep my truck to top shape!.... im pretty **** about oil changes n such (3000k full synthetic extended performance) i guess its a good habitt
