Let me tell you up front I am very new at this..
I am trying to communicate with Seni.
I found this info out online ...

Therefore: I just ordered a 2013 Explorer Sport, wanting to inquire on several extra options.

2nd row center console and a 3rd row power fold seat.
Why can these options not be added, or CAN THEY?

I do have my order number and dealer code.
