how to program the transmision explorer2003

any of you know how to program the transmision of explorer2003? i just unplug and plug back the conector on my trans and now i have about 10 troubles codes from transmision. i call to the dealer and they said that the solenoid pack is out of program. any help i will appreciate.

Disconnect the battery for about 30-60 minutes and see what happens.

I believe that the Ford Dealer charges $40 to $45 to upgrade the firmware.

the problem is i live to far from dealer. i dont know if i can drive the explorer on that condition
