How to remove door window trim?

My Ex got hit by some hail the other week and luckily about 70% of the damage was on the window trim pieces on the doors. I wasn't planning to call the insurance company since they would probably just total the truck.

I'm looking to find junkyard replacement trim pieces I'm just not sure how they come off the doors. Any clues/tips?

If I recall correctly, the strip under the window is removed by taking off the nut at the jam side, then lifting it up and out.

I know on a 2-door, the trim around the small vent windows is removed by pulling the window glass off and then drilling out the rivets.
