how to upgrade interior lights for 2014 explorer

Is it possible to replace the visor lights as well as the 2nd row and 3rd row dome lights? I would like leds. Does anyone have bulb numbers? the dealer told me there were no replacement bulbs for the visor. i replaced the map lights.
