How to view Error Codes ??

How does one view (without a scanner) the Error Codes on a 98 Explorer ??

Simply put, you cannot. You have OBD II. If you have a 91-95 explorer, you simply hook up the voltemeter.
 






That bites~!

Scanners probably aren't cheap either I imagine... :frustrate :p
 






Nah you're looking at atleast 100 bucks. You may want to search ebay for one.
