Humming noise noticed only in cold weather

My 96 limited makes a very large and annoying humming sound when at idle. Not all the time but just sometimes, and only when it's cold outside. It's very loud and sounds like it's coming from the intake, but I'm not sure. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks a lot!

Welcome to the site... Try cleaning your IAC.. Do that the only tools you need is a 10mm wrench or socket and some carb cleaner. Remove the IAC and spray it liberally with carb cleaner and let it dry..
