07 mountaineer 4.6L leather duel climate control. With overhead rear heat / a/c control. Issue is passenger side blowing hot air while drivers side blowing cold air. This is with the a/c on. The air will blow out at defrost, floor, vents, ect.
With the duel on adjusting temp from 90 to 60 degrees. Sometimes the passenger side would get colder but it seemed like it took awhile. With the duel off kinda the same things. It would blow cold then hot back and forth without touching the temp setting. While the driver side had cold air the whole time
So then I turned on the duel and turned the passenger side to 60 degrees and the drives to 85 degrees and everything stopped blowing. It is 90 something out. Shouldn't stay blowing for the passenger side??
Thoughts on problem?? how to trouble shoot??
I found out how to run a self diagnostic check on the climet control. I came up with codes 24 77. Any know what these codes mean?
