Heres a pic of my beadlocks. I bought a set from a guy from another site but he sent me a set that was 5 on 5.5 instead of 5 on 4.5. Didn't work to well!!
I sold the tires that were on the other set so I still need another set to run. I might just go ahead and put these on my claws now and run them full time. Thats what I was going to do in the first place but the others didn't fit with the bolt pattern.
Well there not DOT approved but I don't see the big problem with it. As long as I stay on top of re-torquing the bolts every once in awhile I won't run into any problems.
Looks pretty nice. Those are MRT's right? I was going to use MRT's for my jeep but I will be using rockstomper beadlocks now.
And by the way the bead locks are not DOT approved is a myth, there is no rule on the books that specifically mentions beadlocks. As long as the manufacturer is stamped on the wheel along with some other stuff they are fine. There has been numerous people looking into this issue with no results that confirm beadlocks are not DOT approved.
