1994 4x4 explorer front driver side brake starts to lock when driving.
have change caliper brake pads and master cylinder
drive after changing brakes and started to make a sound were the brake is rubbing
abs light is on all the time

sounds like a bad A.B.S. control module. With the A.B.S. light on it might mean its faulty, like a check engine light. Plus if it does it on one wheel only, another clue the control module needs to be replaced. Or it could very well be a A.B.S. wheel sensor. These are probably the top 2 culprits.
