I need help. problem with led lights

I just recently bought led light bulbs for my tail lights brake light and reverse lights and I plugged them in and they worked the all a sudden they stopped working and blew two fuses and got a small burning smell from light bulbs. Can anyone tell me what happens? And why it happened? So confused.
