I need serious help with spark plug wires

Stupid me was chaning the spark plug wires on my 1991 XLT 4X4 V6 4.0 engine. I messed up the order in which they were installed and now have no idea how the wires go. I have been looking for a diagram to show me how the wires go but no luck. I have to go to work tomoorw and I need it working by then. I tried one combination but the engine just sputtered. Please I really need help. The part that the wires connect to look like this

(Wire "ignition" plugs)

(1)o (4)o
(2)o (5)o
(3)o (6)o


and the engine looks like this (spark plug placements)

(2)o (5)o

(3)o (6)o

Im numbering these so its easier to help me when you respond. Just tell me like "wire 1 goes with spark plug 4"

I dont understand your diagram

facing the motor your coil pack left to right 1,2,3,5,6,4. Then the motor left to right 1,2,3,4,5,6, I hope this helps

his diagram is facing towards the engine... the coilpack is the top one and the engine is the bottom one

facing the motor on your left side the coilpack and the motor run 1,2,3, 1,2,3 then on the right side the coil pack goes 5,6,4 then the motor goes 4,5,6
