22: Technically on your '91, the sensor is called a BARO (barometric pressure) sensor. It doesn't have a vacuum line attached, as its sole purpose is to measure atmospheric air pressure. Maybe the sensor needs to be replaced, but I'd check the wiring between the sensor and the PCM before replacing.

14: PIP (Profile Ignition Pickup) erratic. PIP is a signal generated by the ICM based on the CKP (crankshaft position) sensor. PIP is is how the PCM keeps track of engine rotation. An intermittent PIP signal could contribute to a "lope" or misfire" because the computer is intermittently losing track of the engine. A completely missing PIP will cause a stall/no start. I haven't had much experience diagnosing PIP issues on the DIS system. I expect it would start by checking the CKP and the ICM and the associated wiring.
