ok so long stpry short. I put the engine, trans, and complete wireing harness for the whole truck. Into the body of a 99 ranger.(the explorer was wrecked and the ranger needed a powertrain). Anyway i got it together and got it running but i realized i dont have an IAT sensor hooked up. There was a spot in the rubber intake for it but i never saw a cable that plugs into it. Can someone tell me where the wire gos to in the harness and the wire colors. My scanner is reading -40° so it makes me think im actually missing a different one and have the plug into the wrong sensor. But as i cobble twp cars together its very difficult to trach what the stock truck is like. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you all for your excellent answers. The IAT sensor is integrated in the 4.0 maf sensor and ive been using the one from my 2.5.
