Idle problem

I have a rough idle on my 92 explorer when its hot or after starting it sometimes when its cold. It acts like it "spudders".I have replace plugs, wires, iac, and fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator. Does anyone have any ideas that would cause a rough idle. after starting it, it runs rough and dies if i press moderatly on the gas.

Have you cleaned/replaced the IAC?

Running a can of Sea Foam through the intake couldn't hurt either.
