Idle too high

Start the vehicle ,tries to stall ,then runs fine , however my idle is high,I do have a fuel smell. this just started.

I had the oil changed and the air filter and they added a fuel cleaner just yesturday at one of those oil change places.

Maybe it's trying to burn off the fuel cleaner?

1st thing I'd check for with a high idle would be a vacuum leak.
