Thought I would post this to help others.
I have a 1997 5.0L. The Idler pulleys bearings were bad.
I took the bearings out of the pulleys.
Found one pulley bearing that read NTN 6203LU.
I.D. was 0.66 in. (17 mm), O.D. 1.57 in. (40 mm), width 0.47 in. (12 mm)
The other idler had the same size bearing.
I found a cross reference for this bearing (Not sure how accurate it is).
