I have a totally stock 95 explorer 2door sport, the ignition key broke in half, but it would still turn the engine off and on with with the broken piece in the ignition cylinder.today it would'nt shut the truck off i removed the ingnition cylinder while the truck was still running and i could not shut it off...so i drove To autozne bought another ignition key lock cylinder pooped it in with the truck still running and still the truck would not shut off !when i turned the key to the off position it turned freely ? can anyone tell me how to fix this? p.s the truck eventually ran out if gas two hours later.
