hello all we purchased our 2013 Explorer XLT about 4 months ago and about a week after having it the car started not starting. You put the key in and turn it on all dash lights would come on but turn it to the crank position and nothing! So I found a video that said to push in on key when turned to the crank position. Tried it and it worked the car started. The car has 43k on it, and the ignition is worn out already?? Really Ford?? So we love our explorer but the ignition seems to do it all the time now so it is getting worse. Has anyone else had this issue and is it expensive to fix? Thank you for any input you might have!
