Got a few more things happening.

Sitting in my car and I hit the gas and noticed a flustered sound coming from under neath. I tried my best to film the sound, I'll probably go up under again tomorrow and get a closer inspection but here it is. It's hard to hear, but there's the initial rev but after I let off the gas there's a hollowed flustered sound from what I think is below the driver side? I don't quite know how to describe it. If this video isn't good enough I'll be more than happy to make one from underneath tomorrow.

I've also noticed when I get up to around 70-75 my car tends to shake a fairly good amount all over. Any speed below it and it's smooth sailing. I have a video I took where I placed it in a spot in the center console and you can see how badly the car shakes shown here.

Branching off of that, my GPS has a speed reading on it that tells me what the speed limit is and if I'm going over it, when I'm driving 65 my GPS tells me I'm 2-3 mph less than that. Sometimes 4, and it's steady. Could I be losing power in my engine? I haven't had a tune-up in ages, and I'm due for an oil change.

your speedo is working normally. there are too many variables (tire wear) for any speedo to be 100% accurate. typically, they read a few miles per hour below actual speed.

+1...mine does that too. there is also something to be said about the timing of the signal being sent and received to the gps (cloud cover etc...)

If you start to shake at 70 or so, first thing I would do is check the bearings, ball joints and tie rod ends. If all is good have the tires balanced. A balance will likely clear up the shaking as long as everything else is good.

ill surely do that, but how can i tell if they need to be replaced? i don't have an hydraulic jack anymore to check if it's loose. is there some kind of visual inspection I could do?
