i'm new here and got a few questions

im fixing up a 94 explorer i picked up as a project and trying to find some parts and this one seems simple but i'm not having any luck what is the technical name for the part missing any idea where i can get it its in the rear its a speaker and panel im having no luck and this forum won't let me post any pics to make it easy
