In physical pain? Good remedies?

Mosty for me I make The zukman stop at any yarn store, when in pain I find diverting it helps so I make socks, sweaters, hats, and you all know about the flags. Anything to take my mind off the pain.

Streatching for me is a no-no, it brings on massive leg cramps forcing my ankles to roll over. Not pretty. I love to stretch(sigh)

yeah, kind of addicted to caffiene, but drinking much less diet soda. Something that my doctor is doing that is really helping is a long lasting epidural. I'm getting my second on Friday, but much less pain, especially nerve pain after the first. Much less narcotics as well.

Also sodas eat away at your teeth so if you going to drink them use a straw, yeah it looks funny. I have had to stop drinking them because of this. Now I dont want for caffiene.

uhhh Wow... may as well dump it in your battery, shoot if you have dissimilar metals in your mouth your probably making a few volts
