Installing Fog Lights Which Wire to Use ??

Hi Folks

I am installing a set of fog lights on my 2002 Explorer. I have everything done except the wiring. The manual says use either the low beams or parking lights to splice into. However, I do not know which color wire is for either of these?

Any ideas?
