Installing in-dah nav....one question

I want to run the A/V output from my new Pioneer AVIC-D3 to the factory Ford overhead video monitor. MY question is can I patch it right in with the RCA outputs of the Pioneer? Or is the input to the overhead monitor some kind of Ford propriatary cable??

I'm not sure on Ford's, but with a Durango we looked at, It was all tied in with the factory wiring. They do not use RCA's.
