Installing Remote Entry Module

I have a base model 99XL. It didn't come with remote entry, so I picked up a remote entry module and a key fob. Can someone tell me where the Module should go and any tips on wiring would be great. I'm guessing that when I find the location that there will be two connectors waiting to be plugged in.

If the 99 is the same as the 95 the connectors should be behind the kick panel by the passengers right foot. Then I just ran a power wire from the unit to the fuse box...I don't like splicing wires. Good Luck

If the connectors are there, wouldn't there be a power wire already there?
