Instrument lights - How do I

An instrument light that illuminates the right side of the speedo is dead. How do I get to it? I figure the dash pieces come off but I want to make sure I don't break a fastener.

I found this thread Dead Link Removed in the Useful Threads forum.

The pictures will help you get the instrument cluster off. The bulbs are replaced from the back of the cluster. You may want to consider replacing all of them at once, so you won't need to do it again for awhile.
