Interior Lighting Problem

Ford sent the wrong program codes initially, but the second set of codes worked. Reprogramming in progress. Hope is the fix.

Problem resolved. Ford sent the dealer the wrong software load. New BCM working fine, and all functions seem proper.

Hi! New here. Bought a certified 2020 (less than 3k miles) March 3rd. Had to bring it back to replace one of the RES screens and fix the ambiant lighting- sounds like a similar thing to your issue. Dropped it off April 8, still waiting for it. They fixed the lighting but needed a new BCM. Couldn't program it. Finally supposedly they fixed it for real this time, however now the dome lights just keep flicking on and off. They pulled the battery and have told me yesterday that they are calling in a ford engineer to come look at it.

Any updates on how your situation played out? Been almost 2 months of them having it there and I just want my car back
