My stock switch is bad, and it is no way to fixed it, because the tracks are gone

I buy one in a junkyard, but the connector isn't the same

Right mine, left the one I got

It is any way to make it fit ?

I've found there are a few different configurations for the dimmer switches. As far as I know they are not interchangeable. Just find the correct one in the jy.

If it's actually physically broken, then only a replacement will do. But a replacement from a salvage yard might also be flaky. Mine had really dirty contacts so I just used a can of brake cleaner with a red straw and sprayed it out thoroughly without de-installing it. I used a towel below the rotator dial to catch any excess. Works fine now. Since you have already taken the switch out, I would second jimmy's recommendation. Just find a replacement that fits at the yard.
