The big thing I'm taking away from this thread, is this magical black box has down to Earth components in it, that can be swapped out. That's huge! Sounds like it would take a few minutes to get at it, but it could be time well spent. Not looking forward to that chore, but now I'm ready when the time comes.

went to my buddy's shop...he hooked up some type of scanner ..found codes and cleared them ...now it works...but he still thinks a problem maybe in the gem or junction box...what do you guys think?
