Intermittent squeal noise from 2006 Ford Explorer when pressing throttle

This occurs when the truck is at a complete stop and I press the throttle to accelerate the car. The sound is definitely coming from under the hood. It doesn't happen everytime, but it sounds really obnoxious from the cabin and I outside the car if the surroundings are quiet enough. Does anyone have an idea of what it could be?

Here is a video. While the sound is faint in the video, the sound is a lot more apparent IRL.

Didn't listen to the clip, but from what you are describing I would say that it is the belt slipping on the pulleys.
 






Best case scenario, serpentine belt, or other drive belt. Any sounds when first starting up the car? water pump?
