Did you ever figure this out?
I had the exact same problem and replaced the same parts. I was fortunate in that it happened enough that we knew where the problem was. We were using aftermarket parts and had them replaced under warranty three times. The longest repaired time was a few days. The last time, we used Ford parts and the problem was solved. My mechanic could see some alignment/manfacturing differences between parts when looking at both together.
Normally, I have not had problems with aftermarket parts, but in this case, it really made a difference!
