The Camera used is a small cheap color secrity camera from Harbor Freight. It plugs straight into a RCA input. and uses a special adapter for normal AC power. For this use I pluged it straight into my Sony camcorder and use it just as I was recording something off TV. This also allows me to use the screen on the camcorder to watch whats going on. Both cameras are run off a inverter. Camcorder to save it's battery for remote stuff and "Stic-Cam" because it's only runs off 110AC.

As you see below I simply glued a Magnet from Lowes to the bottom and Walla! Now the cammera can be placed anywhere on the truck, On the top, on the side,and even under the truck.

I have under $50 bucks invested in this so if it does some how fall off and get destroyed...no big loss. The camera is also fully poseable.

Stuck to the fridge.

...and there you have it... "Stic-Cam"...Because you can Stic it anywhere!

I've got a video of it around here from my stic-cam prototype but can't seem to find it.

Thanks Jefe I'm getting better at the Editing with every new video. Yes it is very time consuming. I think they take a average of 3 to 4 hrs for a under 5min. video

How do you connect the RCA's to your camera? Does it go through the A/V port? Also what do you set on the camera to have it record the cam?

Trust me the night vison does not work! This camera goes to crap at night.

It has a light adjusting Iris, Basicly it means the darker it gets the bigger the pixils, the crapier the image
