is bw1354m a shift on the fly?

Hi guys recenttly switch to a manual shift t case on my x i was wondering if it is a shift on the fly like the electric shift Also if anybody in pa need a manual shift i got one more with the shifter and floor boot came out of an auto

Its shift on the fly between 2Hi and 4Hi - but switching between 4Hi and 4Lo requires the vehicle to be stopped and the transmission in neutral.
