I have a '91 Explorer EB 4x4 5 speed.
I am trying to track down a vacuum leak that seems to occur when I am going downhill.
Using my hand vacuum pump, my brake booster will hold vacuum while the brake pedal is not depressed, but that vacuum goes away when when I step on the brake pedal. It does not come back when I release the pedal.
Is it bad?
