Is my fuse box broken?

I can't get my trailer lights to work, so I checked the fuse box. I found the fuse it's supposed to be, and after pulling it out, it looks like it's only connecting to one post. The other "recepticle" is not visably existent. Is it possible that the socket just got pushed behind the fuse box? I can take pictures if need be, but not sure how close I can get...

It is possible but highly unlikely.
The connectors are in there really well.
many of the " emptys " have just one wire going to the connector.
Perhaps it is an empty.
