Is there a trick to disconnecting fuel lines?

Im replacing my fuel pump assembly to see if it will fix my non- working fuel gauge, but the problem is that im havin a hard time disconnecting my fuel lines, ive tried 3 diffrent types of quick disconnect fuel line tools but none of them seem to work. Do yall know any tricks or ideas to disconnect the fuel lines?

Thanks, i got 1 fuel line disconnected but i cant get the other line disconnected. I got 3 diffrent types of tools and i can not get the other line disconnected. I need to get this done asap. Anymore ideas or tricks?
