Probably after this change, I'll keep the tools, oil, etc around to do it myself. Just finished moving into a new place, so getting everything settled.
One thing you can do is take your own oil/filter to the dealership if you don't want to spend the time doing it yourself but don't want to get ripped off on prices either. The Ford dealer here in Lawrence has done that for me in the past and charged $7.50 for labor/materials, not a bad deal.
