The first Vid... I always strap EVERYTHING down. Of course, in the event of a water crossing (and I'd NEVER attempt one like that!) things are a lot less likely to float out of the Explorer LoL. Was he part of a group? Did the others in front of him make it? It seems to me that if they were on the other side it might have been smart to drag a strap/cable across and hook up to the guy before he started across.

The recovery... Hmm... not only bald tires but no beadlocks. Shouldn't a guy who is likely to go into any terrain and air down to "Not sure exactly how much I have in here but we're goin low..." have beadlocks?

Just my beginner/amateur observations....
