JBL Audio system question

Me and my cousin ripped out all the JBL stock sh*t and put a new head unit, and 2 ten inch subs in...the store i went to gave me the wrong harnesses and said with some splicing it should work fine, but it didn't so...i'm getting new speakers, and we're not using ANY of the stock system, but the only problem is the antenna...what do we need to do to get the antenna up and down?

i am installing my system in my x tomorrow. I have the JBL system too (95 eddie bauer x). from what i have heard you need to keep the little white box near the amp in the back, that is your antenna controller. you need to tap into (not cut and splice) one of the wires that is coming out of the box. now dont take my word for it, i havent done it yet, its just what i have read here in my hours of searching trying to find it. really no one has come up with a straight answer for me. i got a reply once "yes it will work", then i asked how to hook it up and then no one else replied to me. so i am going to play the guessing game tomorrow. good luck, i will let you know what i find.
