Jerk after stop HELP!!!

I notice that when I stop in my explorer the car seems to jerk a little. When I press the brakes to stop and then take pressure off the brake before completely stopping it doesn't do it, but if I just press down consistently on the brakes and come to a complete stop the car kinda makes a little clunk sound like it was jerking. You cant really physically feel the car jerk around, but you can hear that clunk sound. Thanks

Check and grease the slip yoke IF you have 4WD.

Tranny mounts maybe? Sticking calipers?
