JonBenet murder suspect arrested

I have heard so many different stories, different theories, etc. I think I will turn my brain off to it for at least a few weeks... for example, one story said he was arrested in his apartment, another said he was in jail... one said he was just beginning teaching 2nd graders, but again, another said he was in jail. Who do you believe? What do you believe? Another one of those wait and tell. I'm sure they'll have a DNA test done in no time... either way this dude sounds like he needs to be locked up or in a nut house or something!

Well, he should now be sent back to Santa Rosa, CA for sentencing on possession of child **** and failure to appear for sentencing.

Wonder how long he will last in prison?

Gotta wonder whose DNA was in her panties...

That's definately the key.

Perhaps someday the killer will be arrested for something else and his DNA will end up in a database. We can only hope.

DNA did not match. Not a cluie why he confessed, I think now CA is going to have him extradited back there to face old **** charges.

I saw some speculation that he confessed to avoid going to Thailand prison where they don't treat child molesters with the upmost respect, if you catch my drift.

He made a pretty smart tactical move. I mean, think of it. He's going to take it raw in Thailand. So, he lies, and gets extradited to the U.S. Even if he did not do it, the chances of him returning to Thailand are slim. For whatever it can, the U.S. justice system will want first dibs. He'll have a much better chance at living in a U.S. prison.

Of course, he is still a deranged individual. And, in an ideal world, he would be shipped to Thailand to "serve" his time.

It just seems to me that it had to be somebody that knew them well. Even in the ransom note the exact amount of John Ramsey Christmas bonus was the amount demanded. The note pad, pen and stuff to make that shurat (sp) was taken from house. So strange.

Apperantly he confessed to the murder when he was being held on some local charge in thailand. US embassy gets wind of this and BAM hes back in the states and probably not leaving. It was indeed a smart move, sick, but smart.
