Sure, but jumping like that really intensifies the rate. I'm in no way saying not to do it, don't get me wrong. I did plenty of abusive things to my truck over the 20+ years I've had it.

Rough country 4inch springs fabbed up extended radius arms fox shocks coil over and leafs in the rear
 






NICE!!!
I've caught air in my Stock X a few times over those deep speed bumps, but nothing like that.
