K&N Cone Filter Install

Now I know this kind of question has been posted but I have done several searches and just can not come up with what I am looking for. I have a cone filter and I would like to know how to install this cone filter with the existing square MAF. It's a 9 inch cone and I cant remember the opening width. I bought it for my previous vehicle (95 4.6 TBIRD) and never put it on, it was easier on that car. What do you guys recommend for this circle in a square peg problem.

Hmmm, can you go get some sheet aluminum and make an adapter plate? All you need is some patience and good metal snips or a saw.

I am pretty creative, I did a custom job for my 300zx with some help from my local exhaust shop but it was my idea, is there anybody that has done an app like this.

By Joe I have figured it out.
I will use the paper gasket as a template to cut a metal plate and have my trusty ehasut shop tech weld a piece of pipe to it. Damn I am good, no not really but average, yeah average.
