Sort of an update, ill be beefing up the front end and hopefully finishing my light bar by next week.

Also, I forgot the 4.0 sohc is horribly underpowered and tried to race an 07 impala.... I got stomped lol, it was borderline pathetic

Its probably due to your tire size. I could probably take down an impala. Mine is a 2 door, so less weight, and I have 4.10's so thats an advanage. Still not fast but its a hell of a lot faster than a blazer. I've beat a 2dr cobalt, and some sort of volvo. I got a great start against my buddies TC but he passed me at about 45mph. I still maintain it would have been closer if had my stock size. I lost to a 4.0 sohc stang, and not as badly as you would imagine. I also lost to a mustang gt that was a joke. He was gone soooo fast lol.

I have my stock size 245/65r17s back on, but with 3.55 gearing. I had my right foot through the floor and he just kept pullin away. And i had a blazer beat me way back when I first got my truck lol,

Next time someone tells you you're on borrowed time laugh yes they go premature but in are fleet we use at work go from 120-150 if they go before that it's because you forgot D means drive not 3 keep it out of the low gears ( remember its an auto If you wan to shift there is a tranny for that) and they'll last my personal X made it to 130 before my O/D band disenigrated

Also, i've been thinking about some 1" spacers for my 20"s. what do you guys think?

Steve, talk to me about this switch!

Lol, Ron its just the switch for my oem fog lights. That switch came with my oem fog light kit, just dremeled out the dash and stuck it in. If you look at the top left corner of the switch youll see where the dremel got away from me lol. I think I'm gonna get a new trim piece and re do that though

got another set of subs. don't know how long i'll keep them though... i use my third row quite a bit in the summer, and i still have my 8" Polk setup

Thanks Steve. I like that switch. I wonder if it is available anywhere? I think it would look much cleaner than my switch:

Edit: Found the switch, but it's a little pricey:
