It is windy. Had an interesting trip out but made it out.

For those meeting us, when you come down boone rd when you cross the bridge/drain culvert go about 50 yards past it and hang a left. Go back about 100 yards and that is where we are. We have a red and white class A tiffin by alegro motor home. Right behind that is a blue dodge with a shell. (Hat us. We are behind a couple of other groups

Fyi, it's snowing right now down the road in Hesperia and CHP is doing round robins up and down the Cajon pass (I-15).

Stay warm guys...

Rain most of the night should be fun today

What did you do, take the bad weather from the East with you :p:

Question: The trucks that compete for KOH, do they belong to an association for these type racing trucks? Like some race cars belong to ARCA, NASCAR and so on. Or it don't matter just as long as they meet certain requirements. One other question, do they all start at one time and race across the desert, and do the climbs or do they race against a clock one at a time?

Cars are usually owned by the driver. Run what you brung as long as it meets the safety requirements. They start two at a time every 30 seconds. They race aginst the clock but on the same coarse at about the same time. So traffic can cause a problem.

Nice day today! Hopefully everything will be drying out.

Yesterday was awesome, got a ride in RobMac's prerunner for 30 miles of the course through some big whoops, smooth as can be.

Caught up with Matt and Dave yesterday watching the LCQ, there was alot of carnage from broken links and drivelines to fires to broken throttle cables and overheating. Friend of mine took home fastest time for the second day of the lcq and made it into the race.

We ran out to crowbar today. To far out for us to watch the race from. I think our plan is watch everyone leave the start line. Then work our way to after shock. From there go to backdoor. Afterthat maybe sledge or jack. Probably the best to meet is up by our camper around 7:00 to 7:15. Iwill pm you my cell boomer. Hope you have verizon cause they work pretty well out here.

And my friend Loren takes the win!!!! Good day out there today. I made it to racemile 18ish and 35ish and then out to rm70 and then to Elvis trail and then went to RM60 and finally to the Spooner canyon, the last rock trail to see the leaders go through.

Good to see you guys again Matt and Dave. I saw a few other Explorers out there but no one around.
